Craps 4 5 6 Times Odds Bet

Do you know that you can make additional bet after you make a pass line bet in Craps? Although the bet is not listed in the Craps table, most avid Craps players know about it. It is even among the best bets in a casino, since the house has no advantage whatsoever against the additional bet. Sounds like an interesting opportunity to make more money at casinos, right? Let’s take a look at the available additional bets to help you play Craps in a better way.

The bet we are talking about is called the odds bet. This bet is placed behind your original pass line bet on the craps layout to make it official. Different casinos might have different rules about the amount of odds bet you can make, but most of the time you get double odds — you can place twice the amount of your original pass line bet.

Depending on the shooter’s roll, you can get different payouts for the odds bet. If the point is 4 or 10 you are paid 2 to 1, if the point is 5 or 9 you are paid 3 to 2, and for 6 or 8 you will get 6 to 5. For example, if your original pass line bet is $10 and you are playing at a table that allows single odds, you can place $10 of odds bet. If the table allows double odds, then you can place $20 of odds bet. You can then win different money depending on the point.
